Philip Erickson, founder of Erickson & Co. began practicing public accounting in Collier County in 1971. He has served the business community in Naples area since then providing business advice, taxation services, tax planning, business planning, etc. for numerous businesses and individuals in the southwest Florida area. He has served as managing partner of several accounting firms and served as the director of the Naples office of Coopers & Lybrand from 1993 through 1994.

Erickson & Co. has served numerous industries in its years of practice in southwest Florida, including: real estate developments, retail businesses, professional offices. Erickson & Company has performed professional services for real estate developments and other businesses in the states of Georgia, Iowa, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maine, New York and Tennessee.

Education

Philip Erickson graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1968 with a degree in business administration and a major in accounting. He became a certified public accountant in the state Tennessee in 1970, and became a certified public accountant and state of Florida in 1972.
